Show your support for the firefighters of Washington who have died in the line of duty and the Washington State Fallen Firefighters Foundation by indicating you’d like to see a Fire Service Memorial Special License Plate. There is no obligation to purchase.

The funds from the sales of these special plates will go to maintain the future Fallen Firefighter Memorial that will be built in the coming years on the Capitol Campus in Olympia and the Washington State Fallen Firefighters Memorial Foundation, which supports families of our fallen firefighters after a line-of-duty death.

Before the Department of Licensing (DOL) can proceed, we need to collect signatures to document that at least 3,500 of these plates will be purchased. Signing this sheet does not obligate you to purchase a special plate. We will use your information only to notify you once the plates are available for purchase.
